We are looking for Co-Worker who excited to meet customers during busy weekends and help them achive an enjoyable, convenient and successful shopping and buying experience. That leads to increased sales and sustained long-term profitability. The main responsibilities is to ensure satisfied customers, develop and execute sales steering and selling the IKEA way.

YOUR ASSIGNMENT Your tasks will include:

  • Secure the most optimized availability of stocks by completing the replenishment in the most efficient, commercial and safe way possible before the store opens.
  • Secure the Goods flow operations necessary for preparing/Picking orders for Customers
  • Ensure Customer Check out areas is effectively managed by efficient Payment experience.  
  • Utilize the cash tills to accurately register products and register payment from customers as per given routines
  • Optimize relationship with our Customers when they pay for product, inorder to drive increased customer satisfaction.
  • Keep your area of responsibility on shop floor clean, tidy, priced and full stocked and ensure that IKEA basic merchandise standards are in place at all times to give customer consistent chopping experience
  • Convey your passion for IKEA products and actively learn about their features and benefits, and you share this knowledge with your customers and colleagues.    
  • Actively offer all the services available in the IKEA store to help customer make informed choices, which results in better shopping experience for customers.
  • Build awareness and take ownership about the IKEA social and environmental commitment and know how you can contribute to sustainability 

YOUR PROFILE Your knowledge, skills and experience include:

  • Passionate to work with teams and interact with customers
  • Able to Read, write and speak English, Regional language skills will be an advantage  
  • Business-minded and result-driven with a customer focus
  • Enthusiastic and able to work with others in a team
  • Ability to take personal initiatives
  • Confident in approaching and talking to people in a proactive manner
  • Experience of working in a customer- and commercial-oriented business.
