We are currently looking for a Globalview hCM subject Matter Expert to join our IKEA India team in Gurgaon (This is a short term assignment for 18 months).

PURPOSE OF FUNCTION:

IKEA India is on an exciting growth journey becoming more accessible to the many people. We are investing to develop IKEA into the future. It means developing a number of solutions to meet the need of our customers and co-workers today and tomorrow.

IKEA Global HR Solution will support this journey by delivering new, co-worker focused HR solutions which will empower our co-workers to contribute to the growing IKEA India.

PURPOSE OF JOB:

To be a core member of the roll out team with responsibility of a) developing standardized roll out procedure & package for GLOBALVIEW HCM implementation in any new IKEA store (in the same state as the previous store(s) or a new state) and b) supporting implementation until go-live in the new stores.

The job will involve overseeing implementation progress and providing functional recommendations to Line HR, IT and vendors in multiple modules including PA, PY, OM, HR Reporting, ECM, ESS, MSS and Authorizations.

ASSIGNMENT:

  • Leverage lessons learnt from previous similar projects to help build/ customize the roll out project package for Global view.
  • Co-hold discussions, blueprinting workshops and follow up interactions with vendors and global team to take key decisions on roll out of GLOBALVIEW modules
  • Help align blueprint with all internal teams by gathering needs, answering questions and defining rules
  • Lead preparation and review of scenarios to enable system configuration and testing
  • Define rules; Prepare and Execute testing for relevant roll out modules
  • Support in updating and execution of training, communication and change management programs
  • Lead parallel runs for all the relevant modules
  • Support in Go-Live
  • Modify roll out package basis experiences gathered.

JOB SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE:

  • Functional Knowledge of SAP and/ or GLOBALVIEW HCM Modules (including PA, PY, OM, Mobility, HR Reporting, ECM, ESS, MSS and Authorizations)
  • Knowledge of GLOBALVEW functionalities
  • Knowledge of project package and HCM implementation design
  • Knowledge in Data analysis and testing preparation and execution methods
  • Knowledge of iterative development methodologies such as SCRUM/Agile
  • Knowledge of Application lifecycle management interface
  • Knowledge of Indian labour laws and their impact on HR Decisions
  • Knowledge of HR elements involved in Retail Industry.

ESSENTIAL FOR PARTICULAR JOB:

  • Project package design experience
  • Implementation projects involving stakeholder management and communication
  • Overseeing implementation of mentioned HCM Modules in both Indian and global organizations
  • Retail, Merchandising and/or home furnishing industry.
  • Experience as management team member
