We are currently looking for a Globalview hCM subject Matter Expert to join our IKEA India team in Gurgaon (This is a short term assignment for 18 months).

PURPOSE OF JOB:
To be a core member of the roll out team with responsibility of a) developing standardized roll out procedure & package for GLOBALVIEW HCM implementation in any new IKEA store (in the same state as the previous store(s) or a new state) and b) supporting implementation until go-live in the new stores.
The job will involve overseeing implementation progress and providing functional recommendations to Line HR, IT and vendors in multiple modules including PA, PY, OM, HR Reporting, ECM, ESS, MSS and Authorizations.
