We are currently looking for a Easy Buying Manager to join our IKEA India team
Overview of the role
To ensure an easy buying experience for all visitors and customers, Ensuring a fast and efficient after-sales experience with the customer in focus. Valuing and fulfilling customer needs and expectations thereby stimulating more and more frequent visits.
• Understanding customer motivation and expectations, and play an active role in turning them into commercial opportunities.
• Ensuring a positive shopping experience that creates trust in the IKEA Brand before, during and after their visit.
To the creation and operational implementation of the local customer relations' action plan.
Support a customer-focused culture throughout the complete unit and ensure an overall easy buying experience.
Contribute to the building of business competence by supporting co-workers in their efforts to improve according to agreed development plans.
Implement the global solutions, services and tools that support self-service and self-choice during the complete buying experience.
Implement and follow up on the activities identified to remove hindrances and secure a customer-focused easy buying experience.
Ensure the efficient and cost-effective execution of the IKEA exchanges and returns policy and a customer-friendly handling of complaints.
Provide an inspiring and motivating direction for the team and its individual members to ensure development and succession.
- Provide input to the service agreements and contracts with internal and external partners, such as the Customer Support Centre and support co-workers in executing those.
- Be passionate about Customers and act to ensure positive shopping experience
- Experience of working in a Management role in retailing and taking responsibility of a large team
- Experience of working Customer relation function in Retail
- Ability to find solutions for customers and operational issues
- Proven Customer focused mindset
- Cost and budget Management
Sound understanding of business and a background gained from working in a customer-focused, fast-paced and multichannel retail environment.
Experienced in creating and implementing mid-term plans and following up goals.
Proven customer-focused mindset
Self-reliant and motivated with a proven ability to work as part of a team as well as independently
Self-confident and assertive with the ability to influence through the use of customer insight
