We are currently looking for Country IKEA Food administrator specialist to join our IKEA India team in Bangalore



To create the best pre-requisites for growth in the market, today and tomorrow, with the customers and our Food offer in our hearts. To position IKEA and Food as a unique meaningful and trusted organization, brand and employer. Strongly contribute to reach our IKEA Group objectives in Growing IKEA together 2020+.


Support the stores and the IKEA Food SO team in the administrative tasks specific for Food.



Essentials for the role

  • SOSIF / StorePoint / iPOS support

  • PTAG / Country Range

  • Support in translation, proof reading of documents

  • IKEA Food hub intranet and common folders

  • Support in written communication and specific customer communication, Facebook ( critical topics)

  • Country follow ups and reports ( not financial – that belongs to Business Analyst/BNO)

  • Aligning of working methods

  • Development /maintenance of system and tools

  • Training & system setup for new stores & re-locations
